Answers
1.- David Cameron feels really sorry about the actions that the parachute regiment took that day and says that they made the mistake. Because when the soldiers shot at the civilians they were unarmed and their civil rights let them march and express their opinions so there wasn't any reason to shot those inoffensive civilians.
2.- I think that this case has been open for a long time and very controversial because the human rights were not taken seriously. And all the society is based on the human and civil rights, so if you dont respect you are not respecting the entire society and that has to be punished because if even those type of crimes arent punished everyone would do whatever they want.
3.- First, because it's a very controversial topic and also because this events happened like 30 years ago, so they really dont have trustable evidence,in fact they dont have much evidence .
